Application / Usage Method
Surface Preparation
Clean the surface thoroughly. Remove dust, grease, loose particles, oil, and laitance to ensure proper adhesion.
Prepare Bonding Slurry
Mix SBR Latex with cement in the recommended proportion to create a smooth slurry.
Apply Bonding Coat
Apply the slurry evenly using a brush or roller on the prepared surface.
Apply Mortar or Plaster
Apply the mortar, repair mix, or plaster while the bonding coat is still tacky.
Waterproofing Application
For waterproofing, apply two coats of the SBR mixture evenly across the surface.
Curing
Allow proper curing as per construction practices to achieve maximum strength and performance.
