Application / Usage Method
Surface Preparation
Remove all loose dirt, oil, and paint. Pre-wet the surface with clean water before application.
Mixing
Slowly add the putty powder to water (35-40% ratio) and mix to a smooth, lump-free paste. Leave for 5 minutes.
First Coat
Apply the first coat using a putty blade/trowel from bottom to top. Allow to dry for 3-4 hours.
Sanding
Gently rub the surface with fine emery paper to remove minor ridges.
Second Coat
Apply the second coat and let it dry overnight (10-12 hours).
Final Sanding
Sand lightly with fine emery paper (grit 320 or above) for a perfectly smooth, ready-to-paint finish.
